Professional Project Manager since 1987. MD of Sunbury Heights since its inception over 20 years ago. Managed projects for over 60% of Fortune 500 companies in EMEA, including in London, Berlin, Moscow, Kiev, St Petersburg, Baku, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Ulan Bator. Led Sunbury Heights expansion into sub-Saharan Africa, opening offices in Nairobi and beyond.

A specialist in foreign business strategies in EMEA and experienced advisor of blue-chip clients on investments, establishment and procurement in those countries.
Entrepreneur and writer, focussing on developing markets and corporate efficiencies and effectiveness.

Inessa Stasyuk

Inessa has led Sunbury Heights Cost Control work for over 10 years and has developed a reputation for excellence and professionalism in that role.
An expert in construction pricing and uncompromising in her pursuit of value-for-money on our projects, Inessa is much in demand for her expertise by our clients and the media. Inessa leads work to issue the Quarterly Russia Construction Cost Summary which is widely used in our industry to track construction materials and labour costs.

Andrey Karasev

Andrey has led the Engineering Services Department of Sunbury heights for over five years and, in that role, has led numerous Technical Due Diligence examinations of construction objects in Russia. Andrey is responsible for technical supervision of construction and installation of engineering systems, verification of design drawings, as built documentation, technical conditions. He has also vast experience in capital construction and facility management of buildings. Andrey graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in 1992.

Elena Katamakhina

Elena is a Finance Manager of very long standing and is has proved an invaluable source of advice and financial guidance for the management team on our projects.
Her expertise in her professional area is respected by all and she is often in demand from clients requesting legal construction-related advice. Elena is known for her integrity, determination and dogged pursuance of our corporate objectives.

Ruslan Perminov

Prior to joining Sunbury Heights Ruslan was involved in construction of objects for the Sochi Olympics in 2014. Working at that time with the largest Moscow construction company he was also responsible for delivery of a residential complex in the Moscow suburbs. Ruslan is passionate about helping companies achieve the very best results in their construction projects.
His projects generally include all stages from initiation as a Technical Due Diligence examination and report, advising on Technical Lease Appendices right through to the relocation process and onward maintenance. Since joining Sunbury Heights he has worked with some of the world’s best known companies, leading a high performance internal team.
Ruslan received his Bachelors degree at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and studied Project Management at the Russian Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow.

Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips joined the Sunbury Heights team in 2016 as one of our senior consultants. Richard has spent the last twenty years working on construction & fit out projects in Russia. Specializing in fast track design & build office fit out projects mainly in mainly in Moscow.
Before joining Sunbury Heights Richard had worked on both the contractor & client side of the business. For ten years prior to joining Richard successfully ran his own construction company in Moscow & is well suited to his new role within our team.
