Sunbury Heights Tops PM Project League Table
For the 4th time, Sunbury Heights comes top of the Project Management part of the official listing of Moscow fit-out projects. The latest database, issued today, includes all Moscow commercial fit-out projects from 2011 up to the present date.
Speaking at the release of the league table, chief compiler Jim Kingston of Moscow-based contractor Altaca said, “While we can’t be 100% sure that the database includes every single project over this time period, we are pretty sure that we include the vast majority of them, and of course we’ve checked the veracity of all listings with many project participants and publicly-available information to aid accuracy”.
The database is the 5th such project listing to be issued by the Moscow Construction and Fit-Out Group on LinkedIn since its inception in 2011. The total square meters for the top 5 Project Managers are shown below:
Sunbury Heights - 127 570m2
JLL - 92 410m2
Cushman & Wakefield - 86 940m2
Mott McDonald - 68 960m2
Q1 - 68 760m2
