Svenska Handelsbanken employed Sunbury Heights to manage the design and construction of their first significant office in Russia. With a prime central Moscow location opposite the Russian Foreign Ministry, we initially tendered for architects and engineering designers, before managing the full design process and tendering for General Contractors.
As a result of our successful management of the project right though construction, snagging and move phases the bank was able to move into a stunning new office on time and on budget, leading to the bank’s directors writing us a glowing recommendation.
