Sunbury Heights was employed for the role of PM and Cost Controllers for the new Google offices in St.Petersburg. Total occupied area is 1518m2 located on top floors of Alia Tempora Business Center, straight off Nevsky prospect with spectacular views over historical center of the city.

We were happy to be involved in creating a real “Googly” atmosphere which means that the work space is both fun and practical and also very unique. Like in Google offices all over the world it allows individuals to configure and reconfigure their space to suit their work style, their team requirements, their creative whims, or combination of all three.

Creating a healthy environment was also a must which resulted in a lot of natural light, open, industrial-look ceiling to visually increase its height and the ability to control the lighting, temperature, and the arrangement of the offices as much as possible.

Amway London
Amway (UK) appointed Sunbury Heights as their Project Manager's for their new London retail and product training center. As a major new venture for Amway they have decided to open their first retail outlet in the centre of London. The centre which will be the first of its kind in the world comprises retail space on the ground floor and training and conference facilities for Amway's business partners on the first floor.

This project was particularly demanding as the client was unavailable to attend site on a regular basis and they relied heavily upon the advice and judgedment of Sunbury Heights in making critical decisions in relation to the project as it progressed. Goldman Sachs
Appointed as project and cost managers by this leading investment bank, Sunbury Heights led the procurement, design, construction and close-out process to a successful conclusion. Situation over two floors of Ducat 3 business centre in central Moscow, the Goldman Sachs projects was both demanding and complex in terms of both architectural finishes and critical systems.

TSYS
A fast-track project for this global supplier of credit card processing equipment and services meant that Sunbury Heights was tasked with moving swiftly ahead with a design and build appointment and push them to complete in the quickest possible time. Challenged by an idiosyncratic landlord and reporting to the London TSYS headquarters, Sunbury Heights finished the project successfully, meeting the client's timescale requirements, which achieving a high degree of cost control and delivering a great quality office.

Trust Bank
Sunbury Heights was appointed Construction and Cost Manager for the headquarters and satellite office projects of this major Russian bank. We reported to senior management and were able both to save considerable amounts of money from the construction contract and ensure the project was delivered at a higher than expected quality.

Bayer
As construction and cost managers of the new head office of Bayer in Moscow Sunbury Heights worked with an already appointed general contractor and managed to reduce the total contract amount by over 16% without affecting the quality of the finished works. Our work with Bayer meant that we have been appointed project managers for all the major pharmaceutical groups in Russia.

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer planned a major refurbishment of their Russian head office and employed Sunbury Heights to plan the work, enabling their operations onsite to continue uninterrupted.

JPMorganChase
JPMorganChase employed Sunbury Heights to project and cost manage their major expansion in Moscow. This 4500 m2 project was demanding in terms of both quality of finish and critical engineering and IT systems. The JPMorganChase engagement meant that Sunbury Heights has now managed HQ projects for really all the global investment and retail banks, including Goldman Sachs, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, , BNP Paribas/Cetelem, Texas Pacific Croup and now JPMorganChase.

Followed by previous experience on another project with the Client, Sunbury Heights was employed to manage the relocation of 3 new devisions of TNK-BP into new "Pallau-SW" B+ Business Center in the south west of Moscow. The scope included tenders for General Contractor for Design&Build, Furniture supplier and Moving Company.

Moscow City Transportation Terminal
Estimation and cost control services for the biggest infrastructure project in Moscow in 2007 - the $200m transportation terminal situated in the centre of the huge Moscow City development. A critical hub for all the City development, the transportation terminal project includes an underground railway terminal, a regional rail terminal, a hotel and an office building.

With a challenging timescale and strict cost targets, we were able to deliver this challenging project despite a lack of world class contractors in this location. Sun Microsystems Moscow
The growth of this US software group meant that they needed to take extra space in their existing Moscow building. However, the demanding requirements of Sun for security and IT meant that Sunbury Heights professionals were employed to manage the whole process and coordinate all works, including managing overall costs. Liaising between the local business and the international real estate and facilities managers of Sun was a challenge but one on which the team excelled.

Schering Plough Kiev
The 600m2 Kiev HQ of this pharmaceutical group was a challenging project, with a landlord who insisted on using his own contractor for all construction works. Controlling this contractor, given his lack of international corporate experience and poor record was a real challenge, and required the dedication of our Kiev PM team to ensure that the client’s challenging targets were met. Nonetheless, we were proud to build on our experience of managing the construction of Schering Plough offices elsewhere to deliver the project successfully.

Cetelem & BNP Paribas
The project for Cetelem & BNP Paribas consists of a design and build fit out project for tw2 floors, or in total 4000sq metres at Severnoye Siyanie, Ulitsa Pradvy 26. The requirements are for back office and administration bank offices of Class A quality. The project timeline and delivery of completed space are critical to the client, due to an overburden of personnel on their current space, and a major drive for expansion. Cetelem and BNP Paribas are two divisions of the same parent company, BNP Paribas, one of the largest banking industry groups, with headquarters in Paris, France.
